People who read your complaint will be interested in complaints about bad customer service. For this site to be successful it is important for you to tell your complaint without swearing or using obscene language (unless you are quoting something the staff of the business or organisation said to you).


Your Responsibility

Because you own the complaint and we do not interpret or change the complaint it is important that you tell the truth about what happend and do not say anything defamatory
